A complete visual identity system for Meridian Group's 1,200-person annual gala — from formal invitations and 12-metre stage design to social media kits and post-event reporting.
Meridian Group had been running their annual gala for six years with no consistent visual identity. Each year looked different, invitations were generic, and there was nothing to build brand recognition or attendee anticipation.
For their seventh edition — themed "Illuminate" — they wanted a cohesive experience from the first digital invitation through to the stage backdrop and trophy design.
We developed a complete event brand from scratch: wordmark, colour palette, typographic system, and a signature visual motif inspired by geometric light patterns. Every touchpoint used the same visual language.
Stage design included a 12-metre LED backdrop graphic, podium panels, and aisle signage. The social media kit covered pre-event announcements, countdown stories, speaker tiles, live event frames, and post-event highlight templates.
