The Challenge

The Problem We Solved

Klay Apparel had an inconsistent Instagram presence — some posts polished, most ad-hoc phone photos with mismatched fonts and no colour consistency. Engagement was declining and follower growth had stalled.

They didn't need a social media manager — they needed a system their in-house team could run without a designer.

Our Approach

How We Approached It

We audited existing content, defined a visual language, and built a fully editable Canva template library organised by content type: product spotlights, lifestyle shots, educational carousels, testimonials, and promotional posts.

The content calendar mapped 90 days of posts by type, theme, and optimal posting time. Eight Reels scripts covered product unboxings, styling tips, behind-the-scenes, and seasonal promotions.
